Cancellations are accepted up to the 24 hours prior to your items going into production. However, if your product is received in our decoration facility there will be a restocking charge assessed. Once merchandise has been decorated with your logo, you cannot cancel. If you need to revise or change your order for any reason, please contact your branding specialist and they will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.

More often than not, we can accommodate a less than minimum request, although there could be a nominal upcharge. We encourage you reach out to a branding specialist for more details on your specific requirements. In almost all cases, larger quantities are no problem. We can make just about anything in any quantity happen for you.

In many cases yes as we have worldwide locations and distribution. It’s best to work with your dedicated branding specialist on this as each case is a bit different.

Absolutely! Keep in mind however, that in certain products there is an upcharge for this service in order to get an PMS match is required. There are also some products like embroidery thread where, due to the limitations of the imprinting process, exact PMS matching isn’t possible. Our branding specialist will advise you of your best options in this circumstance. Many times, we have the ability to get really close – and we’re going to do everything we can to get as close as possible. If you have an exact match PMS, please let your dedicated branding specialist know what your PMS colors are, and we go to work to find the best solutions.

Yes. Just let your dedicated banding specialist know. We have exceptionally good rates with UPS, however, if it works for you, it works for us!

Some of our locations work for local and national teams and schools. Please ask a branding specialist at one of our locations if you need assistance in this area. We do not print, embroider or decorate products without express written permission and/or the proper licenses.

Yes! Once it is done, we have it for you for on additional products or for reorders.

No, the thumbnail price for apparel is blank. Click on the item to see decorated price. For hardgoods thumbnail, price includes basic decoration.

If you have a time sensitive order, after placing the order, please call your local location and confirm it can meet the delivery timeline with them. Unfortunately, we cannot control the freight & delivery companies and natural occurrences so please order well in advance to be assured you get it.

Once you place your order, we will be in touch and you will talk directly with one of our branding specialists. We can help clarify any questions on artwork or if there are there any special requirements. Once we have created or approved your artwork you will receive a proof of what the product will look like. There you’ll have the opportunity to review, comment, and approve before we produce your products. Once we have finalized the art we will confirm the final details of the item from decoration to delivery. If everything is good, we go to work for you!

We will be in contact with you to confirm your delivery. Once you have APPROVED your artwork and the details of the decoration, we will confirm a delivery or pickup date at one of our locations. The number of days for delivery depends on where you are located and how you request delivery. You will have direct contact with one of our branding specialists all the way through your transaction. We are there for you!

We trust that if you provide us with a trademarked and registered logo that you have permission from that company or entity to use their logo. It is our policy in certain cases to ask for a letter of authorization (your branding specialist can provide the form) completed prior to accepting the artwork. While some of our competitors do not require this, we do, to protect everyone involved.

There are a variety of different decoration techniques we use on garments and promotional products. Your branding specialist will advise you on the best solution for your particular needs. It is normal to do screen printing on t-shirts and embroidery on polo shirts, outerwear, and caps. However, if you need something else, we are happy to work with you to accommodate your requirements. Most prices on the site include at least a 1 color decoration but if you have a question, please ask a specialist. With many of our products we have a variety of decorations available. Some are specific to promotional products and others strictly to apparel and soft goods. Once you have chosen the items our branding specialist will work with you to select the proper decoration application for you based on your needs and what is allowable.

Some of the items we offer have ‘set-up’ charges. These are NOT the same as art charges. These are specialty costs needed to imprint your specific logo on that item. There are a variety of production related charges that can include setups, run charges, and screen charges. These are based on the product and the decoration. Your branding specialist is well equipped to advise you on what will be required to get the best results on the specific products you have selected.

We follow industry standard guidelines on the total products delivered. It could be slightly over or under the total ordered unless you specify EXACT QUANTITY! Our goal is to give you exactly what you ordered however occasionally; it is beyond our control. If you receive an under shipment, we will only bill you for the delivered amount.
